This is a very interesting article. When you consider the amount of money the American government wastes, and the amount that gets embezzled every year by politicians, we could certainly come up with the funds for healthcare for all. Hopefully that will happen soon.

I don't have a problem with Lego sets that are girl friendly, but I do think "beauty salon" types of sets are in poor taste for young girls. Girls have a hard enough time resisting the pressure to focus on their physical appearance as the symbol of whether or not they are "okay" as a person. Marketing to girls seems to get stuck on glamour rather than teaching girls to value the beauty that is within them.
I'd like to see more occupational types of sets. Even sets that celebrate friendships and family life are okay -- just not Barbie doll wannabe Lego, please!

I love the brain teaser games in fact play them a lot. This is a great idea for couples so glad you brought this to our attention. These are also fun for parents with kids, my two daughter love the brain games too. The other activities are great some I had not thought of.

Nightowl, you are absolutely right - Cambodia does have a very special charm and I too hope it will last. However the pace of change there is quite incredible. No McDonalds or Disneyland yet but KFC arrived while I was living there and quickly multiplied... Thanks so much for the Editor's Choice awards!

I love Shakespeare since my childhood. And i was a little bit disappointed, not to learn his lyrics and his Dramas at school. (We only had to learn about German Poets, but they are boring) ;-)
