With so many baby toys and games on the market, it can be so difficult to decide what to buy for our little ones to keep them entertained.

Although they can be so easily amused, the search can be so frustrating when we're looking for just the right things.

Most moms want to find the best of all worlds, something fun, educational and safe.

Perfect baby toys for this would be fabric and inflatable books, ones like 'Peek-a-Boo Forest' which not only are the first steps for your baby to become interested in learning to read, they are perfectly safe with bright colors and fun pictures, even including interactive pages.

Inflatable books can also be a great way of making bathing a fun activity, instead of something which at first may seem scary.

Other exciting additions to bathtime could be baby toys that squirt water, that swim, or even building blocks that float on the water!

From very early on, even before babies are born they hear everything around them, including music.

Even though you might not believe it, for this very reason they form a bond with it as it reminds them of the closeness of their mothers.

This might be why musical baby toys are so popular, including the 'Baby Einstein Count and Compose' piano which doesn't just play tunes, it also lets them make up the song!

It even includes many different instrument sounds which means it will never get tiresome and even counts from one to five to aid learning as they get a little bit older.

Music can relax your child, which is why musical baby toys for the crib are always a hit with moms as they can help with getting your baby into a pattern of sleep.

For something a little different, try the 'Neptune Soother' by Baby Einstein, which not only looks like a tranquil aquarium but also plays gentle tunes and sounds of nature, automatically switching off after about a half hour so you don't even have to worry about waking your baby up by manually switching it off.

You can be sure that this will help them drift off into a peaceful sleep.

As you can probably tell, lots of toys are used when we want to get certain tasks done whilst keeping them as stress free as possible.

What about the times when we just want our babies to have fun?

Well, there are plenty of baby toys for that, of course!

Babies usually like something that they can interact with, whether it be something to sing along to, to take apart and put together again or scribble on.

Toys like shapes sorters or building blocks are always a favorite, but something like the Playskool Busy Ball Popper not only requires them to keep putting the balls back in to be popped with air but plays eight different fun and upbeat songs to keep them going, which is guaranteed to have them laughing and playing for hours!
