@blackspanielgallery If you're making your own, frying the egg kills salmonella. If you're worried about it, you can always go with the commercial product.

How does one prevent salmonella for home mixed raw egg solutions? Is there a preservative that helps in commercially sold products?

@DerdriuMarriner Sure, it would likely help.

The computer crashed ;-{ before I could add the second set of concerned areas possibly eligible for egg oil moisturizer.

Is it possible to put it on high-visibility, wear- and tear-showing, work-worn, wrinkle-prone elbows and knees?

DerdriuMarriner 7 days ago

All three treatments appear do-able. In particular, I appreciate the attractive scents associated with each treatment. Who doesn't want to leave aloe vera-, honey- and lemon-scented traces?

All the information about the egg oil skin moisturizer identifies it as a facial treatment.

But is it possible to apply it to such high-visibility, wear- and tear-showing, work-worn, wrinkle-prone areas as feet and toes, hands and fingers?

Holistic_Health 8 days ago

@DerdriuMarriner Depends on your hair type. Generally, before drying, apply 2~3 pumps to wet hair. After drying, apply one more pump to the ends of hair. I've slept with it on, also have washed out next day. Not harmful so experiment and see what works best. Most important thing is to use it consistently to see results.

The computer crashed before I could ask the second part to my question about hair mask procedures.

If I follow the egg oil procedures biweekly, how soon between the first hair-masking and the second would I wash my hair?

For example, let's say that I do biweekly treatments every Monday and Thursday. So for this week and the next week the egg oil would be applied Monday, Sep. 19, and Thursday, Sep. 22, and then the following week Mon. Sep. 26, and Thursday, Sep. 29 (and so on for all the weeks to come ;-D).

When would I fit in a weekly hair-washing or would I, for instance, change to perhaps a monthly hair-washing ;-{?

DerdriuMarriner 8 days ago

In particular, I appreciate the accessibility and the simplicity of the ingredients for the egg oil treatments of unattractive, unhealthy hair, nails and skin. Additionally, I like the simple procedures involved in their recipes.

How soon after the hair mask would I wash my hair if I follow the egg oil procedure weekly?
