The BT engineer finally reconnected my internet last night. So I can forge ahead with articles and the like. However, I'm disappearing into Pembrokeshire until Sunday! Timing... I can't tell you how frustrating it's been these past couple of weeks, with article ideas coming thick and fast, but the circumstances not conducive to writing them here. Expect September to be a little busier in my part of Wizzley!

Pembrokeshire was so amazing. It was one of those breaks which are unexpectedly spectacular, instead of merely being a holiday. Ologsinquito - Are you trying to say that I'm noisy? :p Lana - Genealogy does that. And now I'm properly back! I'm off to Poland in October, but otherwise I have a computer, a connection and the time to knock out articles. Which is more than can be said for the past couple of months! Back in the early 90s, I wrote my dissertation about the Holocaust. At that moment, I really wanted to visit Auschwitz. Last year, when I was whining that I never go anywhere, my friend made it her mission to tick something off my bucket list. That was the one with the cheap flight, which she also wanted to visit. She made all of the arrangements. This was way before the summer turned out as it did. I'm not complaining. My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

One thing just led to another. I really didn't mean to be away from my work that long, but it just happened. Mind you, it just happened shortly after everyone I know was gently hinting that I might need a bit of a break... My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

If I'm honest, given a choice between standing on a cliff edge at night, seeing more stars than I knew existed, and the moonlit beach beneath, and sitting here writing articles... errrmmm... tough decision... My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!
