Do any of you use a grammar program. I used to use Grammerly, but it annoyed me when it would constantly suggest better words. It didn't matter what word you used.
Have they improved or do you have a better suggestion?

Hi Brenda, I don't use one - I trust my own judgement, which could be a mistake - but oh, well!

I'm with Dustytoes. I prefer to use my own judgement. After all, I do have previous experience in this area! Described by one of my clients as 'a literary grammarian', writing, researching and reading are requirements for sanity, at least this side of the keyboard.

I let Word make its suggestions, but most of the time I click on "Ignore Rule" so it will stop. It doesn't do that great a job with spelling, so I rarely take its opinions on grammar. I write about dishes and glassware at Diary of a Dishie

Thanks everyone! I guess I'll just keep doing it the old fashion way too. Brenda Reeves
