Just have to share my dumb moment. I deleted all my comments. I thought I needed to delete them after they were approved like email. How stupid was that?
So here I had a bunch of comments on my pages now gone.

You're not alone, PA. Every once in a while we notice that members delete perfectly fine comments. I don't know why. Is it possible that you think you have to "clean up" your comments list on your account page and then don't realize that this will delete your comments from your page, as well? I mean, I can understand that you might think that way. It's not really stupid thinking - it's just something you have to become familiar with, on a new site. Sorry you had to learn it the "hard way". On the other hand, you caught it pretty quickly. That's good. Yes Chef that is what I did - I thought I had to clean it up. I am glad I figured this out now as well. Just sad cause I had quite a few comments that are now gone. I will definitely do that again - lol |

Hi Party Animal, we'll restore all deleted comments and set their status to "non-approved" - that's because we don't know whether those comments were approved or not before they were deleted. You'll see them inside your account soon :) Cheers, Simon |
