On timeu.se one can enter a keyword, and then explore the mood (responsiveness) of Twitter users toward that topic. This might be helpful with determining the best times for your tweets, i. e. "shopping" tweets on Saturdays between 8 am and 5 pm. Check it out and let us know your discoveries. This post explains more.
