Viglink is on the fritz again. They have changed the way you find your merchants. However, once you manage to do that, it is as far as you can go. Cannot open one website of any merchant.
Example: Wayfair. Click on Wayfair and get list of all of their stores/sites. However, you can't do anything with them.
Viglinks is not responding to this issue which has gone on for a week at least. Right now, Viglinks is totally useless.

You are right, Viglink is changing and it is hurting its users too. Half of the merchants now have a red line, others have a yellow and rest green. However, i have been using it in blogs and now see a red line for Amazon- which means i cannot use it on blogs. Its disappointing

I am very frustrated as well. I am not changing anything yet. I am going to give it some time to settle down and then figure out what I need to do.
I deal with this all the time. In November I had about a dozen merchants just cancel their affiliate programs. I had entire websites dedicated to them and Q4 sales. I just wanted to throw up.
Most of my family is in affiliate marketing. It makes for very loud get togethers as we all voice our frustrations.

Younghopes: You don't need Viglink for Amazon which is a good thing. Get your own Amazon associates account and use that for your blogs. Right now on my own sites, I am using Skimlinks, Share A Sale and Avant Link.
I don't know what the colored lines mean, I haven't seen that yet. I do know that merchants have to have x number of dollars in their account for these programs and when they don't have any money or enough money, Share A Sale does something so that affiliates know what the situation is. If they have added zero dollars then they have a dead account until the add funds.

I am also showing problems with skimlinks. I have many clicks coming up on unaffiliated links. When I go look at the merchant listing, it seems that they have changed their policies. They only allow certain links to be affiliated. Of course they don't say which ones.
I have an email into skimlinks support asking about this. Viglink and skimlinks are so similar, that when one has a problem, the other has it as well.

I check out skim links but I am using a lot of Share A sale now.

Of late i have came to the conclusion that perhaps Shareasale is a better option than Viglink in terms of revenue is that so? Does shareasale pay via paypal or checks only?

I am getting so frustrated with Skimlinks and Viglinks that I am returning to the original affiliate programs as well. eBay wil be the only exception I think.
