Just Made my First Grand From Wizzley

As of this morning, I've made $1000 so far from my Wizzley articles. 

It might not seem that much for those used to massive sites, but bear in mind that when I first arrived there were about three people and a dog here. When you typed, you could hear the echoes across the empty vastness. 

I've watched Wizzley fill up.  Not just with my articles, but with PEOPLE! You all in here contributing to bringing readers to our lovely site.  Plus I was just learning how to write on-line back then.  I've recently been revisiting my earliest articles and cringing at the school-girl errors. It's a wonder that I was making anything!

Each year that I've been here, that slow drip-drip of income has steadily grown, but slowly.  Just recently, it's really begun to speed up. Last month was my highest ever Zazzle revenue in a single month (and only two items were those I've spent the last three weeks making!).  This month I beat that in five days.

I've been here two and a half years.  In the first year, I made just over $200.  In the second, it was $458 and some change. During the past six months, I've already made $332, despite those mostly being the 'quiet' months.

Currently my articles here are worth $1.59 each.  Two months ago, that was $1.39. 

I'm a bit crap at maths, but it is cool to see how things have suddenly begun speeding up.

I'm there with you. Keep trying to figure out how to write more on Wizzley and design more on Zazzle, because I'm seeing more sales too. A tiny bit of money, but enough to have me convinced that this road is worth pursuing. Congrats and thank you for all the work you're doing for us all!

I hope to find some time later this month (after 20 June) to revisit my articles and contribute a ton more too. The only problem is that as fast as I come up with article ideas which may make me money, Jo finds things on Zazzle which I will be needing to spend my hard earned $ on...once they're earned.

Three article ideas this weekend alone; unfortunately the audit comes first and I'm just about to go back to that. You'll just have to wait for the articles, sorry all.

And since then, I've come back from my gallivanting to discover another $30 in the bank. :)  My articles have risen in worth to $1.60 during the past four days. <3

Make that $1.62 since the past 15 hours.  Another $10 worth of commission went through on Amazon - where I'm at 6.50% - and Chitika suddenly took off too.

In fact, I'm pretty sure the curve will be very steep once you reach a critical mass of articles and ads, because they're interlinked, and each person visiting will be tempted by more, etc.

That is fantastic to hear, Jo. I've still not worked out how to make Amazon work for me but all in good time. I've had the odd one off sale here and there from various sites that my Amazon affiliate code is up.

$1000 may sound small right now, but that will keep growing. This is why I love passive income. Hard work at the beginning but well worth it later on.
