It was there for me last week, Mira. Although that was in .co.uk site, admittedly. On the UK site it's: http://www.zazzle.co.uk/cr/quick/start if that helps? Described by one of my clients as 'a literary grammarian', writing, researching and reading are requirements for sanity, at least this side of the keyboard.

Assuming the .com site is the same layout as the co.uk one: SIgn in, go to the account management tool on the top right, (the head next to the cart) select In Progress Designs and it;s in the second block down under Create New Product.
And hopefully this time I'll remember my password! Have changed it twice in the last 24 because my brain is a sieve at the moment. Described by one of my clients as 'a literary grammarian', writing, researching and reading are requirements for sanity, at least this side of the keyboard.
