Social Media Right Now

Things are always a bit slower in January, but I have some happy news to report. WriterArtist pinned one of my articles, which, apparently, generated a sale. Thank you so much. Most of my affiliate clicks this week have been a direct result of social media. I don't know if everyone else is seeing the same thing.

Thanks Katie and younghopes. Wizzley does work well. It just seemed to take me a little while to see some results.

Yes, social media does work. It's helped countless designers on Zazzle. I only wish I had more time, so I could promote stuff more. I think niche blogs may be one very good idea. I've just started my second blog. Blogs are very easy to maintain, and the content stays there, and people can browse back posts. I think all that is great.

Blogs are relatively easy to maintain, but I'm trying to update mine at least once a week. I put more energy into the ones that get the highest number of visitors.

I'm setting up another round of Twitterfeed as we speak.  If I've written ten in a category, I run just my own articles.  But if it's less than ten, I run from the whole category.  I'd rather fellow Wizzley writers get the publicity than those 'slots' go empty.

That is so kind of you. You have the right idea too, a rising tide lifts all boats.
