I have a message on my Adsense page which says: "Your ads have recently appeared on websites you haven't authorised. To avoid lost revenue, make sure that you authorise any sites where you display ads by visiting your accounts settings".
I went to my Accounts Settings and it showed Wizzley as my authorised site, but also an Unauthorized site called
ixquick-proxy.com with a link to authorise it.
Is this important, or do I just leave it.
Thanks for any help.

That second site has nothing to do with Wizzley. I'm guessing someone scraped your content, including your Adsense code, and is displaying it somewhere else.
I'd try to search for copies of your content and try to get it removed. If nothing else, don't authorize the other site to display your Adsense. If they have other "unsavory" stuff on their site it could get your Adsense account locked purely by association.

Thank you nightowl. I will try and do what you suggest - although I haven't a clue how to begin. How depressing....
Thanks for you help.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, just don't authorize any site you don't recognize.
Seeing that this site is some sort of anonymous proxy search engine, perhaps it was just a temporary display of your original content.

Though thankfully i have not yet received any message, but for last week i am also seeing shesaidbeauty.com in my sites list. I have neither added it nor does it (i think so) have any revenue sharing plan. I keep seeing a few cents earnings on it. What should i do?

ixquick is a search engine, they haven't scraped you. Someone must have looked at the cache of your page (which is the only way the ads would have displayed on their site - essentially a cache is a copy of your site held in the search engine's database).
Nevertheless, It's good practice to authorise only domains you specifically want your Adsense on, and leave everything else out - that way no-one can hurt you by maliciously using your ID on bad sites.
Younghopes - don't authorise that other site if you haven't any relationship with them.
