Today seemed like a good day to tackle updating some of my older articles. Unfortunately, I'm not proud of how the older ones especially are laid out. Fortunately, it's relatively easy to fix them by making some modules larger and deleting others. I think I'll see much better results with more visually attractive pages.

It's amazing how you can create something, be proud of it, but a few months or a year later look at it and go...whoa! Some of my stuff on Hubpages is....uck. At least everything's easy to change here! |

Thankfully, it is really easy to change everything. I was able to go through all my articles in just a couple of hours. Those older articles needed the most attention. Digby, you inspire the rest of us. |

What I meant to say is that because this is a relatively new platform, the newer writers look to the ones who've been here awhile, and have had a measure of success, to keep reminding ourselves that it's going to be worth it, in the end. |

I think this place is definitely worth it. I'm trying to write more here every day. |

I've been on a similar mission too. One of those tedious, but necessary duty tasks. *hi-five to all doing it right now* My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

Updating articles is one of those unpleasant, but necessary, things in life. I'd much rather be creating new copy. |
