Unfortunately no, Janet. This appears to be VL's problem, and there's nothing we can do. Achim "Chef Keem" Thiemermann is the co-founder of a pretty cool new platform called...um...er...oh, yeah - Wizzley.com.

While I'm not the chef, obviously, I noticed VL recently updated their website. They seem to still be ironing out bugs and sometimes entire pages don't load. I'm confident, as in the past, they will eventually get it sorted. In any case, there's not much we can do other than be patient or contact VL support directly if you have concerns. The stats I gave you last week may well mask whether or not I have any Wizzley clicks showing. I use Viglink on my own sites and directly as Twitter posts using bit.ly wrappers. Having re-checked the subsections of VL stats, those that I now assume to be related to Wizzley show 0 hits since the new VL offerings were introduced. Https://chazfox.com/

Chef & Anne ~ here is the response from VigLink. This seems like a problem. Hello Janet, Can you please clarify how you were using VigLink to affiliate in the past? I don't see these links VigLink enabled, nor do I see VigLink installed anywhere on the page where past eBay clicks were affiliating in the past. Thanks, Jeremy |

Update: It seems we did have a bug in our code :( Simon informs us that it is fixed now. We apologize for the inconvenience and possibly lost earnings during this period (since sometime last Wednesday). Unfortunately, since there has been no tracking neither Wizzley nor VigLink have a chance to recover the clicks from that time frame. @Jo, so sorry to burst your bubble... Thanks for being so gracious and patient. Yes, things happen... I admit I didn't think much of it initially since VigLink have just updated their website and are still tweaking around the dashboard. It's not unheard of either that there are sometimes reporting delays. They did inquire earlier today if we're having technical issues, but thanks to Janet's vig-ilance we were already on it!
