I just noticed on my VigLinks dashboard that my shareasale affiliate links are being monetized by VigLinks. After looking into it further, I discovered that they have been monetizing my SAS links since March 24th. Ugh! This is the same thing that happened before. I sent a note to support. Honestly, if I didn't need VigLinks for Ebay on Wizzley, I would discontinue using the site. It is too much hassle and there always seems to be problems.

Here is the reply I received from VigLinks: Hi, Thank you for your email. I'm not sure how this bug returned, but I've fixed it. I have a few questions that will help determine how to compensate you for lost clicks: 1) Can you tell me when you first noticed this? 2) How did this affect your clicks and revenue in the Shareasale reporting? 3) What is your average EPC on Shareasale? Thanks - I apologize for any inconvenience, and we'll make sure to compensate you appropriately. Best, Brian |

The question is what changed on March 24th. Last time it was a change that Wizzley made that affected our Viglink earnings. Perhaps Simon or the other tech gurus could check again to see that they haven't changed how viglink monetizes our links. |

If VigLink is grabbing ShareASale links, then I think, there's not much we can do about it. However, we're currently discussing some general updates. One of which includes offering eBay in the way Amazon works on Wizzley. eBay has just recently changed their term, and now, this has become an option (again) ... We'll see :) |

Just thought I would update this thread to let you guys know that I heard back from VigLink today and they have issued me a make-good payment for the lost Shareasale clicks/sales. I am satisfied with the outcome. |
