Since we're about to introduce VigLink on Pagewizz.com, I'd like to ask you:
Does VigLink in combination with our eBay module work well for you? How does it compare to Amazon in your articles?

I have used Viglink and yet only a fraction as compared to Amazon. I am excited about it, I feel it has amazing potential, just different. Feeling my way around with sample articles. For me there is no comparison, it's to young to have any real data. Viglink is a whole different animal I've yet to become comfortable with as if second nature like Amazon. Again, gonna take some time, just as it did with Amazon when I first began using it. Plus, I'm a big fan of Amazon, love working with Amazon. I don't use Ebay, just never felt the Ebay vibe. Thanks for all your hard work and constant vision for improvement :) Katie McMurray

I like Viglink, personally. It's very good to offer readers a choice of buying from Amazon or eBay, especially where items might be limited on Amazon. I want articles, even gift and sales pages, that are useful to readers - so offering eBay via Viglink gets the thumbs up from me. Payments have been small from this source but steadily growing each month - bigger in comparison with Adsense each month though not as big as Amazon. I think Amazon is a tough one to beat :) |

The types of pages I write tend to do well with Ebay, so I am happy with the results so far. I also use VigLink to incorporate Shindigz and Cafepress products on my pages. As a New York affiliate, those two merchants dropped me. It is good to be able to use them again. |

kinworm: 10/05/2012 - 08:05 AM Replace Adsense with Chitika and Kinworm has spoken for me too. I'm getting a steady trickle of 9c eBay hits on Vigilink, but not huge riches so far. It's all going in the right direction though. My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

Hey, thanks for all your feedback :) In our global stats, it looks like eBay is more efficient on a "per module" base. But, that may seem only so, because probably you tend to include eBay where it really makes sense ... and where Amazon would fail. |

Also, I guess ebay pays per click so that could be the reason as to why it's doing better per module? Check out my blog SEO for Dummies

Amazon wins over Vigilink for me like 10x |

I love amazon, used to love ebay but with only pennies for clicks it's not really worth it for me to promote anything they sell- it could undercut an amazon module that pays per sale, for a .08 payout instead of a 4.00 one... so I don't use eBay anymore... |

Jerrico, I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss eBay. When you divide your Amazon earnings by the total number of clicks, chances are that the value per click isn't really that much higher than eBay's. I would even venture to say they are about equal. SEO Praxis: Specializing in WordPress Hosting and Small Business Web Design.
