I know that a lot of Wizzley writers got inspired to create a Zazzle store too (let's all look at Dustytoes for a moment), so I wondered if you were having the same weirdness going on.
I'm getting a lot of e-mail notifications about my products going live. Yippee! But I haven't added any. Further investigation shows that they are products which I created a year ago, and have been live ever since.
What strangeness is this?

I noticed the same thing. The likely explanation is that they released new products and automatically applied your existing designs to them. Then, just like magic, you "created" new inventory in your store.
Just my guess though.

Hi Jo, Yeah even i opened up a store there after reading lots of good reviews from Dustytoes as well as from few others. I really admire Dustytoes for the excellent knowledge she has about zazzle. I made a few products there but they are not too good, may be i am just learning out the things at first. But i am finding it a bit tough to promote the products. I know wizzley is one of the best for this purpose, but i am unsure of other platforms. What's been your experience of zazzle?

Maybe they're sending out a hint for us to get off our butts and create some new products.

Hi Jo,
I got an email from Zazzle a while back saying they were phasing out their Speck iphone case and replacing it with another brand. Our designs are being automatically transferred to the new case, but I have found it important to check the new product. Because this transfer is being done automatically, the new product may require a little tweaking.
I have been putting in a bit of time each day fixing my products. The images are usually a bit off, needing to be realigned, often reduced to fit the new format. I'm taking the opportunity to adjust my tags and my royalty while I'm at it. Remember Dusty's recommendation to fiddle with the decimals per cents to your advantage? You can keep the same price on the product but increase your cut by sometimes cents but often even a dollar. Just change the decimal number until it causes the product price to rise and then back up one percentage point to maximize your royalty.
We're always kept on our toes it seems.

younghopes - I really would go for Dustytoes for Zazzle questions. She really is the expert in these parts and very lovely too.
Brenda - LOL Possibly.
Sheila - Oh no! I'm supposed to be paying attention over there? :o I keep meaning to follow Pam's advice on pricing, but it's maths and it scares me. ;_;
