Who uses IMAutomator for backlinks?

Do any of you use IMAutomator for backlinks?   Do you think it's helpful?   Harmful?  

I think automated backlnks that are detectable by Google as such are a very bad idea. I don't use this service, so I don't know how it creates the links. I would do a lot of due diligence before I did.

Thanks for your reply.   I've used it a little for some Squidoo lenses and Wizzles, but can't tell if it helped or harmed them.  But I'm also dubious about the process, and don't want to hurt my work if Google doesn't like the process!

I've used it up to about one year ago. Even had a pro account for a while. But now I don't think it's very useful anymore.

Thanks for your input, ChefKeem.   I may not bother with it anymore.  I've noticed that of the sites that it submits each URL to, about 1/3 of the submissions aren't successful for various reasons.  

I'd probably get better backlink results hand-crafting longer blurbs for other sites.
