I'm more of a How-To writer and, on Squidoo and other platforms, I tend to write more instructional articles. I never took to writing sales or product pages on Squidoo because it's too easy to just slap up a short intro and then add on module after module with links to Amazon products. In fact I tried making some and ended up deleting them because I hated the way they looked.
Because Wizzley have a strict limit of 400 words to start off with for just 8 ads and then an extra 50 words per extra ad you want to include, I'm finding this fantastic for creating product and sales pages which I certainly don't want to delete!
The quality requirements here have really forced me to think about how to construct product pages which also have that balance of good written content. It also forces me to pick out the best or most relevant products to display because I can't just shove on tons of items unless I want to write the world's largest sales page.
So I'm really happy with the restrictions here because they're definitely helping me to think more about what I'm writing. Has anyone else found this to be the case?
