Just two days back I changed my settings and only allow certain sites to show my ads. But, then I got warnings saying that some sites are showing that I haven't authorized. Amongst them is bing.com.
Any idea why bing has my ads?

I had the same situation when I did what you have done. After 5-6 months I am still, occasionally, receiving notifications. As far as I am aware, if Bing (or any other site) presents the page it is seen to be the one offering the ad. Why I say this (and possible evidence for this understanding) is that, when my page is presented by Google through a non-English language search, this shows as being presented by Google language search, and if it was for the first time, I had to allow the site. Hope this helps. Https://chazfox.com/
