Are the Article Rankings Stuck?

I was just wondering, because mine don't seem to have moved since Sunday.

Ordinarily, every article I post has an automatic rank of 50%.  Usually, this drops to 47% the following day. After that, they start moving up or down according to likes, comments, hits etc.

On January 22nd, the previous day's article went to 47%, but it's stayed there. Everything I've posted since has remained at 50%.  The 'visitors per day' column is uniformly zero for each of those articles, though the 7/30/90/overall columns are all recording hits.

Is this right?

We did a major server update, which may have caused little hick-ups, here and there. If your situation does not change over the next couple of days, let's talk again.

We fixed the bugs and your rankings will now continue to update. Actually, it was a site-wide issue but you were the only one reporting it . Thanks.  

We knew you were on the case chefkeem, we didn't need to be pests. Jo is a very good spokeswoman for us. It's nice to write at a place that listens to just ONE person. It's exhausting to have to gather the flock and pester.

I want to add a hearty 'plus one' to your comment about appreciating a site, where the administration pays attention. I've been on others where  you're floundering in the dark for weeks.  Wizzley is a real breath of fresh air.
