Can I publish on Wizzley now

I deleted an article from hubpages and entered the old url in google and bing searches. 

The article was not listed on both the search engines. 

So, can I republish this article on Wizzley now?

Or do I need to check something else to make sure that the article is not considered as duplicate content?

I will also be tweaking the article a little bit but I don't intend to make many changes. Most of it will remain the same.
