Duplicate content question

I have a lens on Squidoo that uses page breaks. Since those are no longer an option, I was thinking of taking some of that content and turning it into 3 Wizzley pages. I have a few questions first... 1. If I copy it all, post it here, and then delete it from Squidoo will I get a duplicate content warning? 2. What I want to move is mostly graphics with some text is that ok here?

Hi Christene!

The minimum word count is 325 here with 400 seen as best - so if you have that many words I'd assume you'd be find.

As for duplicate content, I'd recommend that you unpublish it at Squidoo then wait for Google to de-index it. This can take from 1-7 days in my experience. There is a part of webmaster tools where you can request a recrawl of a certain page which may speed up the process.

Actually, our minimum word count is 400, if you have no more than 8 product ads (Amazon, Zazzle). If you want to display more than 8 ads you will have to add 50 words of original text per additional ad.

Christene - let me know when you've deleted your lenses and I will approve your wizzleys. No problem. Lots of graphics is fine, if you observe our min. word count of 400.  Smile

Thanks.

I won't have many ads at all (if any) so that won't be a problem. Minimum word count 400, got it.

Looks like the facility to un-publish a lens at Squidoo without deleting would be very helpful in a case like this.
