I have tried several times to upload a photo from my photos as well as a royalty free photo
it goes into the spinning wheel and never uploads
or says that I must pick a file which I already have
is it just me?

We had a bug in there, earlier today, but it got fixed. Try to reload your browser without the cache, or empty your browser cache before restarting your browser.
