Hi,
Can anyone help me please.
Having installed VigLink and also leaving out the Amazon Affiliate number in the settings, I have a sales page promoting a product from within the VigLink Merchant Coverage.
As with all links etc. I have made one click on this link to ensure it goes to the correct destination and is working.
However, I need clarification as to how you can then track to see if the link has been seen within VigLink as I have tried to find it but there is no record of any click.?
Does anyone know...???
Thanks.

Go to your Viglink dashboard: http://www.viglink.com/dashboard (and scroll down the page)
It may take a little while for the linkthrough to show up as clicks as the table is a 'daily overview'.

Hi,
Yes, I have tried that method as it seamed the only way. But nothing at all is showing. Just zeros..?
I clicked the test link a couple of days ago so I would of thought by now it would be showing.?
Do you know if there's any way to tell where I can find any sort of tracking within the url once the link has been clicked.?
thanks...

I'm by no means an expert with Viglink, but could it be that Wizzley got the click rather than your personal account?

The items I am promoting are not from Amazon. So the fact hat Amazon is delayed should have no bearing on my clicks being shown.
I am using the VigLink Merchant Coverage link - I have selected another merchant whose product I promote.
But still nothing is showing in the click reports..????

Thanks for your help anyway 2uesday.
I have asked here before regarding the exact setup for VigLink and as far as I am aware being a member means any link is intercepted and you become an automatic 'indirect' affiliate so long as they are on the VigLink merchant list..?!
Just go to that merchants page for the sales item and copy the URL - then the rest is fully automatic - sounds great but the tracking is just not working for me...?
Anyone else have any ideas....

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but in the Viglink "dashboard" when you are signed in and go over to the right hand side and in the drop down where it says "source" choose "parent sites" and then scroll down the page to see the list of stats.
It shows them by week.
Hope this helps.

I checked a couple of links on your articles, and they all seem to be properly "viglinked". So as Paul mentioned above, keep in mind that the impressions are shared with Wizzley, meaning that in 50% of the page loads your links will be shown. Just clicking a link over and over will not change that. You actually have to reload a page at least 6 times to be sure you clicked one of your own viglinks.
