How to Insert Image in middle of Paragraph?

I used to be able to insert an image in the middle of a paragraph and the text would wrap around it.  Now, somehow it doesn't work for me.  I write the paragraph and save it, then I go into Edit, click in the spot where I want the image to appear but noting happens.

Can anyone help?  I would like to get some more variety into my articles as the images at the top or bottom of the modules can look a bit dreary.

Are you trying to add the image in the html view?  That may work.

Or, why don't you use an image module in between 2 text modules?  Put the first part of the paragraph in one text module, then the image module, and then another text module?

Hope I am making sense.

Hi Mari,

You have an image icon in the text editor. You're saying it's not working any longer?

Hmmm, I tried it on one of my pages and it's asking me for image URL. But what if I want to upload it from my computer?

Maritravel  Insert the image in a text module, HTML mode.  In the upper right corner you can check or uncheck word wrap.

Mira:  When the window comes up that asks for Image URL, your browser is blocking access.  You need to click on the green lock in the upper left corner.  A message will say Wizzley has been blocked.  Click on the arrow and you can disable protection.  That's when you can browse your computer for pictures.

Hope this helps!

Thank you, Candy! I hadn't noticed that lock icon.

Going to reply to a few here today as I've been absent from the site for ages.  Thank you for your suggestion but that's what I've been doing, but I often want to put an image in the middle of a paragrah where it's relevant, and have the words wrap round it.  The text-image-text format is a bit formal sometimes.

Sorry for late comeback but I've not been able to do anything lately, due to other work.

Yes, that is exactly the problem.  It asks for the URL of the photograph but all my photos are in my Pictures folder and these are what I want to use.  I used to have this facility.  However, I see further down on this Q & A page there is another suggestion and I'll try that..  Thanks for trying to help.

Thanks Candy and Mira.  It looks as though Mira may have the answer I'm looking for.  I've never noticed the green lock before and I've just posted another article so will have to wait until next time to check out what you say.  It sounds as though that might be the solution, Mira, I hope so, as I prefer to add some images by this method rather than through the Text, Image, modules.

THANK YOU, Candy.  I could not figure out why I couldn't insert a picture like I used to (from my computer).  I didn't know it was a browser problem.
