Checking my stats tab I see traffic from ht.ly and t.co

What is this?

they are URL shorteners.

t.co is twitter's own shortener and ht.ly is used by hootsuite. So, most probably it is traffic from twitter and perhaps facebook (if someone used hootsuite to post to these services.
