I'd like to, but I'm not big on romantic movies. I'll have a think about it though and see if I can remember some good ones. My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

My all time favorite is Music and Lyrics! I could watch it over and over again. I love Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore. I've been writing song lyrics since 2001 and fell head over heals in love with this movie! It's fantastic. So true to life, well my life as a song writer... Other than that I'm not much for romantic movies, I'm a bit of a Tom Boy Katie McMurray

Hmmm now that I think about it I also love Little Women, I think it is a great romantic piece.
Oh and 50 First Dates another Drew Barrymore film, great romantic movie. Katie McMurray

Thank you ladies. I don't watch movies much anymore either. I was really into the romantic movies and books when I was in my 20's and 30's. After my divorce, I decided that romance is a lie. I'd rather stay grounded with my eyes wide open. However, I do have a cadre of favorites I watched over and over again before reality hit me between the eyes. I want to see if your choices match up with mine, or are mine too outdated. So far you're matching up girls, although a few I haven't heard of. Now I'm curious, and I might have to watch them. I don't see movies over and over. But here are two that stayed in my memory banks and therefore can be considered "favourites" Much Ado About Nothing Four Weddings and a Funeral I'll see if anything else comes to mind . . . |
