I'm planning to move some of my Hubs to Wizzley. Do I have to wait till the Hub clears the Google cache before reposting here?

It may take a few days or a couple weeks...it's hard to say. From time to time, enter site:http://www.yourhubURL in Google search and see if it still comes up. Meanwhile, if I may suggest, write a few new articles on Wizzley so you don't get all rusty.
