Help me, please!

My Links are still no follow?

I have published more than 5 articles but still all my links are nofollow.  I have even saved all my modules again.  Is there something else I should do?

We're currently implementing the automatization of this process and it should be completed withing the next 2-3 days. However, I just set you to "Trusted User" by hand.  Smile

I just noticed that all of my links are also still nofollow, from my first wizzle to my twelfth.

Your links are follow, Carma. We just checked it.

It doesn't say "follow" if they are follow links. It only says "nofollow" if they are not.

I just now looked at my 12th wizzle, Strong Female Characters and when I hit "View Source" I see lots of "nofollow" just like before.

Okay, wait, now I'm looking closer - looks like all the "nofollows" are on Amazon and Zazzle, because a couple of links in the text and in the link module are NOT nofollow.

Are Amazon and Zazzle automatically nofollow? I know so little about this entire subject - is that better for some reason?

It's common for product links to be "nofollow", Carma. The important thing for you is that your own links are "follow".

Chef, I think my posts are "nofollow", this means, I am not a trusted person?

You are still doing this manually? I didn't receive any email, but I look at the source in just one post...

Please can you look it over for me as well?

Thanks

Michey

Hi Michey,

yu are definitey a trusted user, and your links should be "follow"-links. Can you give me a specific example of a no-follow link in your articles?

Michey, the links on your articles and profile are "follow" links. Perhaps you were looking at external links in your comments? Those will remain "nofollow" links to discourage spam.

Thanks Anne, yes what I notice was nofollow for twitter and my blog...  so this confuses me... LOL, but what you say make sense.

All the best

I was looking for an answer to my "nofollow" links, too. I've written 6 "pages" now, and any external links I add are NoFollow. Can you tell me how long this will continue, if it will change as I write more? I though that after 5 articles, perhaps it would change. Thanks!

Today we approved your 5th and 6th articles, if I'm not mistaken. This means that tonight, when we do our nightly server update, your account will get set to "Trusted User" and your links will turn into 'follow' links.  Smile

Oh, my goodness, chefkeem, I am impressed that you get back with me so quickly and so late in the evening. Bless you! I will check back on my links tomorrow. Good night and thanks so, so much!

Well, I checked this morning with anticipation, but my links are still nofollow. :-( Now what? Thanks.

The only reason I can imagine is that they ran the update before I approved your 5th article. Which means, you'll have to wait another day. But I'll ask our tech team in our conference today.
