What text links are permitted?

Hi. I'm new here but you may know me from other writing sites.

I just want to make sure that I don't get anything wrong before I start publishing.

1) Am I allowed to have text links to articles I've written elsewhere? IE Squidoo and my personal blog?

2) Am I permitted to also use text links to products on Amazon? Or do I just use the modules provided.
