Maid Marian

I recommend reading DSDollman's article on Maid Marian. I just found out that this is one of a series of articles on representation of women in film and am looking forward to reading the other articles as well. This is a very thorough and thoughtful, thought provoking piece of writing.

I know Darla from other writing sites, back in the day, and I know that anything she writes is worth reading.  I'm off to check out Maid Marian now.
