Robin - congrats to you too. My grand-daughter's name is Abigail. They finally sent photos and there is no doubt who the daddy is. :) Also finally - they have told us we can now come visit. So I will leave soon and don't know when I'll be back - it's a 2-hour drive (that's a lot in this small country) each way. Can't believe my baby has a baby. |

Just got back from the trip to meet my new grand-daughter and see how my daughter is doing. My kid is doing great - she looks beautiful and not as if she just gave birth less than 24 hours ago. She did have a difficult and long birth and at one point she told her husband she is not going to have any more children. Don't most of us say that the first time? The birthing center is fantastic - a wonderful initiative started by 2 caring women. Will be cooking tomorrow to take them lots of stuff for when they get home tomorrow night. Have a great weekend everyone. And for the Jews on board here - have a great Pessach seder (two for those outside of Israel). |
