Lost images

Hello together,

has somebody observed the following bug? After uploading an image into a text box and saving the module with the image it just shows up as a broken image. Would be great if we get any hints to debug this issue.

I am not having this problem.  I just added an image to one of my pages and it worked fine.

However, I did notice that one of my pages had a broken link to a photo.  This was a few days ago and I can't remember which page or what type of photo.  I just deleted the photo - or link.

If I do notice it again, I will post here.

I ran into this a few times but the images seem to come in one day and not the next...it was happening in the "be careful what you wish for you just might get it" article (the last one I remember seeing). I was having this issue with images in the forum too, but again sporatic so I figured it was just my browser acting up...

I'll gather any data I see if It happens again :)

It could be related to this issue: Apparently, some Chrome plugins break image links in this kind of requests ...

that would explain my problem as another wizzler said they could see images that were in the forum but I couldn't, then I could then I couldn't.. Question is what plugins are causing the problem...
