Would it be possible to have alongside the name of the new topic post how many responses there have been? It would mean we wouldn't have to repeatedly open the post to see if someone else has added a response.
Thanks

It's already there, Sheri. For instance, click on the forum title on this page ("Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions"), and you'll find a list of all topics/threads with numbers for replies and views. If you are interested in a certain thread, simply add your blurb and you'll get notified of updates. Does this answer your question? Well, sort-of. I meant for the page that opens when we click Forum (New Topics). I regularly check that and rarely open the general forum page. You've got the short-cut so I use it. And no, I'm not getting notified that there are responses on forums on which I have been participating. |

Oh, there! Hmm...I think that would require a lot of additional coding, which could be avoided by your simply going into the forum instead. Every piece of additional coding adds to the bulk of our site and reduces loading speed. When you add something to a forum post of your interest, check the box at the bottom, where it says "E-mail notification of new posts". Then you'll get notified of new posts.
