There is no doubt that the Hunger Games series is rising in popularity. It's a nice change of pace form all the depression of the vampire craze and there are some positive message in the series. It's also good to see a story have a female character in the lead role. The world of Panem comes to life in these books and they are well worth the read for any young person. Suzanne Collins has created some good literature here and the movie should be entertaining. Hopefully there will be other books and novels in this series to come.
