Saint Patrick's Day is, of course, one of the most celebrated days of the Irish calendar. It's a time to show how proud your are of your heritage, and to spend time with friends, family or loved ones. It's also the occasion for giving.
Although St Patrick's Day is not always associated with the giving and receiving of gifts, many tokens, keepsakes and good luck charms often change hands on this most special of days. If you're looking for gifts with a difference this year, consider Irish inspired wall clocks; attractive, ornate, practical and traditional. The perfect gift on Saint Patrick's Day.

The first subheading, Wall clocks featuring Ireland's stunning landscapes, alerts us to Irish Killarney Mountains and to Irish coastal wall clock.
The two above themes are astutely attractive to wide numbers of Ireland appreciators.
So it's curiosity, not disappointment about something else, that impels me to question the following: Would there be any other landscape-themed clocks?
Special day-themed wall clocks are so charming that I ask, Are there other special day-themed wall clocks in product lines?
Saint Valentine's Day comes before Saint Patrick's.
Mightn't it be charming, popular, respectful to muster such timepieces with Valentine themes?
La Nina ("the girl child") years in the United States are supposed to avoid dryness, shortness, warmness in northern parts even as they are supposed to award southern parts with dry, short, warm winters.
Northern parts indeed experience these days cold, long, wet, wintry weather! And perhaps southern parts atypically experience them too this weekend ;-[!
It might mean that everyone everywhere might be buying St. Patrick's Day-themed beanie hats for January and February, mighn't it?
The computer crashed before I completed another component of my observation and question in the comment box immediately below.
These Irish-themed clocks draw one toward such Irish themes in related product lines, don't they?
Isn't it possible to ideate these designs to such related iterations as wrist watches? Mightn't that be quite impressive, wall-clock designs identical to wrist-watch designs and vice versa?
Thank you for your comment below, in answer to my previous observation and question.
The second paragraph to the second subheading, Vintage Saint Patrick's Day Wall Clocks, advises us that "Over the years, shamrocks and all things green have become associated with St Patrick's Day, irrespective of the fact that St Patrick's colour was originally that of blue."
Are all gift ideas green in Ireland?
Or might some gift ideas be blue for St. Patrick's real color or green, orange and white for the flag colors?
For example, might there be St. Patrick's clocks -- like those that the phishing interference mars my access -- in blue or in blue and green or in blue, green and orange?
Hi DerdriuMarriner,
I'm glad you raised this because I had noticed it on other articles, including my own. I thought it was a glitch because even some Amazon links were showing the phishing alert. I wrote this article many years ago and had not looked in a while. Great reminder to get this sorted out. Thank you for alerting me to it
The four wall-clock product lines appeal me.
But my clicking their links gave me a "phishing" warning message all four times.
Is that "phishing" possibility removable?
I love that one too, Sheilamarie! She's so cute, I'm thinking of buying one for my mum.
Really cute! That little girl makes me laugh. I want to dance with her!
Hi Katie,
My absolute favourite is the vintage wearing of the green, the little girl dancing on the chair. I absolutely love it. :)
