The third paragraph to the second subheading, The origins and history of Mexican folk art, advises us that "One of the most famous and beloved forms of Mexican folk art is Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos) artwork. This tradition, which dates back to pre-Hispanic times, honours deceased loved ones with colourful altars (ofrendas) adorned with sugar skulls (calaveras), marigolds, candles, and photos. The calavera, often made from sugar or clay, are intricately decorated and have become a symbol of Mexican culture worldwide."

The clay calavera appeals to me as durable and re-usable even as the sugar calavera appeals to me as crowd-pleasingly edible.

End-October weather here can be quite pleasant around Day of the dead and Halloween and Samhain even as sugar-consuming (as opposed to protein-consuming) ants still crawl around.

What do you do to discourage invertebrates such as ants from delighting in something so delicious (to both ants and people ;-D)?

Is that sacred flame kindled non-stop since 1993?

The last sentence to the first subheading, Introduction to Skiddaw, advises us that "to deviate slightly the name Cumbria is derived from Old Welsh and is related to Cambria, the name for Wales. It derives from the time when Wales stretched along the west of Britain from Cornwall to Southern Scotland."

What might have been the time span of Wales mustering as Welsh western Britain all the way -- !!!!!!!!!! -- from Cornwall to southern Scotland?

The third tip to the third subheading, A Review and Tips for Unloading a Truck, advises us that "Don't ever unwind the tarp completely, leave at least three cycle turns on the pipe at all times."

Is it easy to track the cycle turns so as not to overshoot the last three (and suffer ;{ the consequences)?
What might those consequences be?

I have added a couple of Irish New Year's traditions to this page.

I am wondering if the red-haired tradition links in with the Vikings.

Sometime this year I came across an article about a lady coming out of perhaps 20 years of financial, mental, physical, psychological abuse and trauma.

The aforementioned lady credited her slow but steady progress through depression and self-esteem-lessness to the emotional care that she counts on without fail from her emotional-service, emotional-support canine sentient. She credits not only canine-assisted therapy but also equine-assisted therapy!

Isn't it admirable and reassuring how such therapists -- ;-D -- as canine and equine sentients always invoke such a sense of dedicated responsibility to those whom they inspire therapeutically?

Interstellar, as I commented below, conduces to a filmed prequel and to a filmed sequel, if not two or even more.

Is it not interesting to imagine one sequel perhaps interested in what itinerating space invokes and another sequel perhaps interested in what inhabiting our Blue Marble invokes during the same timespan?

Does that definition defer to British Isles-ers east-ponder definitions?

(The United States Geological Survey, according to online sources, expresses no official difference between hills and mountains!)

I also recently helped my sister re-decorate her house in the Moroccan style, it is so beautiful. Now her's is complete I'm starting on my own home, bathroom first, then the remainder of the rooms!"

The computer crashed before I commenced another component to the concern over canines a bit chunky in zoo contexts versus "lean and fit" in their "natural environment."

The other component somewhat is related because it's about "a little overweight" -- perhaps even a bit more than just "a little" ;-D -- but not related because it's about Brazilian babies!

International business made Brazil development and investment priorities in post-World War II Latin America. Johnson & Johnson obtained quite a portion of the business sector.

Every year, for a certain number of years in the 20th century, Johnson & Johnson realized a beautiful, healthy baby contest, whose winners received monetary and other -- such as free products -- prizes. The winning baby always was healthy but quite chunky!

Perhaps it would have been less onerously healthy to have wanted babies just-rightly fit, healthy and lean. Wouldn't that chunkiness as a baby work for chunkiness as a youth and an adult?

I've no idea but hopefully, they have adequate training in order to know this. Maybe it's also a tactic to prevent boredom etc.
