Wow, this is an incredible article Jo! It's obvious that you have put a lot of work into it. Haven't had such a great time reading something in a while. :)

Liked and tweeted!

Hello Ragtimelil,
I also read books I like more than once. I'm reading Until the Next Time by Keven Fox for the second time right now. It's a lovely story which takes place in Ireland, about reincarnation. Thanks for reading and commenting! Take care.

From what I've gathered from Twitter, it's getting one! But I did read earlier that the delayed showing of the games was working in terms of viewers. The main races etc are going out during prime time, which means that more people can enjoy them in your timezone.

Just as long as you avoid the internet and all news sources first, so that the results aren't spoiled!

I keep hearing the name of NBC at the moment. I hadn't heard of them before, then their Olympic coverage is making headlines here. Didn't show the 7/7 memorial; didn't know who Sir Tim Berners-Lee is; and now, apparently, got the history of this poster wrong too.

Who are these people and why are you Americans letting them run a television channel over there?

LOL I'm glad that you enjoyed reading this. And I am joking with you above. <3

That makes two of us!!!

Thank you very much. <3

I'll share with my gay friends and family :)K

I believe that you do get the best of both worlds when you read the book and see the movie. The key is to read the book first and formulate how you think the characters will look. if you do it the other way round then it is difficult to get the big screen image out of your head. Thank you katiem2 for taking the time to comment and for visiting the article in the first place.

Thanks Icematikx :)

Hm I have a vague, shadowy memory of it being used correctly. When did we go so wrong.....

I do have gay friends, hence me thinking about them in the first place! I'm considering it. How much do I love them....?

Great article Jo. I love the products too. If I had any gay friends, I'd buy them.

Thank you very much. And yes, I am looking into a companion piece for the ladies, both here and in the Gay Marriage section on Wizzley. :D I'm glad you liked it. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you too. :)

This is delightful, wonderful ideas. I look forward to a companion article for gay women. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. :)K

I learned something yesterday when looking up the word "nonplussed". The standard usage is to mean, "confused and surprised", but the NORTH AMERICAN usage means the opposite, or "unperturbed". Apparently us grammatically-incorrect North Americans think that "plussed" means "perturbed", and when we add "non", it means "unperturbed".
