Why are carrots good for you?
Interesting to see the mineral count, there's a good amount of potassium there. I suffer from high blood pressure and am always looking for foods high in potassium and low in sodium. Looks like I may have to increase the number of carrots I eat!

I have a Nook from Barnes & Noble. I watch videos on it when I go to bed at night. Of course, I always fall asleep on the video. I'd really like to have an iPad, but don't like the price. Thanks for the suggestions here.
