I'm with you Lis. I can't think of anything more depressing than living with a bunch of old farts like myself. I have a friend that I first met when she was 30 years old. At that age, her big dream in life was getting to the age when she could live in a retirement community which she now does. You might as well pitch a tent in a cemetery.

Australia is very far away and so I'm unlikely to pop over for a weekend, but I like your review. You've given a visitor some great tips on where to go and where to eat in Cleveland, Australia. Now I know not to assume a person is talking about Ohio when they mention the city Cleveland.

Dustytoes, I understand what you are saying and it's true. However, in order to overcome we must at least try right?!

It seems to me that whenever we focus on the positives in our lives, our lives tend to be or get better. This is whether we are talking about low self esteem or depression or whatever is impacting upon us negatively. I'm sure you would agree.

If these negative thoughts and feelings have been part of our lives for a long time it's difficult to overcome. I like your suggestion to focus on strengths as those are your God-given gifts that you were meant to use.

I started using alternative remedies about 4 years ago and haven't looked back. I feel more energized, find my skin feels and looks better, I hardly ever (maybe once every few years) get a cold or flu.

I pray that one day the FDA will be more open to alternative remedies so that hey become more accessible to all as well as covered under health insurance plans.
