My bank was much pickier than the mortgage company I went through to buy my home. Even if their fees are higher, you might get into a home quicker and with less money down. Consistently saving money is key as you have pointed out.

Great article with lots of great information. I used to have bunnies and I loved them. They got along with the cats and the dog inside the house. In fact the bunnies used to chase the cats around the house andit was fun to watch. They played together many times. They are easy to little box train too.

do people still wear petticoats? it's such a pretty word

If you own the site which is now your primary domain, you need simply to add some code to it to continue gathering data. If you don't own and / or can't add code to it, you will need to make a decision about which site will be your primary domain. Just for the record, you don't delete the site, you simply switch which site is your primary domain. Hope that helps and thanks for the comment ;-)

Well, Pink, it really is good to know you have options in investing in one! Makes it easier to add another gadget, I think ;) Thanks for the read!

Chewbacca toys are cute, aren't they. Thanks Brenda.

Thank you. It is nice to hang on to good memories. My husband still has his very first stuffed toy (a lamb) which he won't ever get rid of even though it only has one ear and one eye!

@N_R I did not read Darkside's hub. I am not writing at HP at the moment - too busy here and on my own websites. But I shall keep it in mind. Thanks.
The ed pres thing sounds like a tough gig. Good luck with that one.
See you in April!

Yes, I totally love the Contents capsule. Did you find darkside's hub? It's called Table of Contents.

I'll hold my verdict overall until I can write more at Wizzley, probably not until April. I have an 8 hour continuing education presentation on shoulders to write and deliver in 3 weeks. That will have me tied up until then.

Very useful tips for someone saving for a home purchase. I remember trying to come up with our deposit on our first home. It was a difficult thing to do at such a young age. Very scary.

Oh the Calla Lily is so beautiful. Thanks for all the great wedding ideas. I am sure it will be helpful to many brides to be.

@N_R - it took me a little while to figure out the #link_jump for myself (I wish someone had pointed out Darkside's instructions). It was so tedious to construct, and boring. Eventually I only used it to allow readers to #jump back to the beginning, at the end of my hubs.
Isn't it great that the contents module is available on Wizzley - no more pratting about creating and amending 'contents'?
I'll be using the contents module in almost all my Wizer's.
Wizzley is so much wizer (sic.), and more user-friendly, than HP.

@Liz - I know how daunting it is to try to implement functions without clear clear step-by-step instructions. It can be so frustrating sometimes. I'm very pleased that these worked for you and that you are now set up to take advantage of this massive opportunity with VigLink, that Wizzley has made available to us.
Good luck with your ventures here.
Hope to see you around, and making lots of money.

@Liz - welcome aboard.
There are many ways to take advantage, just make sure you set your Wizzley VigLink account up properly, so you can take maximum advantage. You can find out how to do that in another of my Wizers, see above.

Thanks for stopping in Katie. I have finally stopped biting my nails after many years. I have to keep them manicured to keep them out of my mouth or I start biting again. A nervous habit.
