Well, I have to admit. I never celebrated Valentine’s Day. It’s a new holiday here in Romania and I never got very excited about it for some reason. We have March 1 (spring token’s day) and March 8 (Women’s Day), and women are quite pampered on those days: handmade cards and handmade (mostly) spring/love/friendship tokens, flowers, and, if the desire and money are there, perfume. Now, with all that coming up in March, guys would really have a hard time if they had to buy serious gifts for Valentine’s as well. But it appears many of them have no choice. There are heart-shaped cushions and chocolate everywhere, and, again, perfume.
Now, I enjoy gifts from a man as much as any woman, and do wear perfume when the mood strikes me, but my most precious March gifts were not perfume or expensive chocolate but rather creative frugal gifts. Which is why I like Zazzle, the print-on-demand company that allows everyone to play artist and customize gifts, or at least, personalize some of the designs already created by other people.
My page will probably not make it to the first results pages on Google, but I thought I’d share some of my favorite Zazzle designs which I feel would make great Valentine’s Day gifts. They are cute enough to turn one into a Valentine’s Day believer.

Yes, that's a great idea, to shop for vintage tees at yard sales :)
Mira, Very nice! In particular, I like something that can be pulled out from a growing special-day collection, for donating, selling in garage and yard sales or using over and over again. For example, retro and vintage tees always are in demand!
Thank you!
This is so cute and timely, so I'm pinning it to my Things You Really Need to Know board.
Thank you, ologsinquito, for pinning it. Glad you like it!
I'm pinning this to My Wizzley Writing Board. Great article, and so appropriate right now.
Glad you like it, Mark! Thanks for your visit!
A true love ring! Don't mind if i do.
Right, Zazzle is one of my favorite places online for how flexible is with creating designs :) Glad you, too, like these gifts!
These Valentine's gifts really are cute, Mira! I love Zazzle, too, for the way you can customize other people's designs to make them special, even if you don't have the time or the inclination to make your own design from scratch.
