Someone kindly brought to my attention that she had to reclaim her domains in her Chitika account. Low and behold, I had to do the same. I don't know why, but perhaps it might have had something to do with the Heartbleed bug. If you're using Chitika for your ad program, you might want to check this out. You go to your dashboard and look under ads, and then settings.

Thanks. I don't use Chitika here but I use it for one of my websites. I'll have to go check on it.

It would help if I could actually log into the site in the first place!

I know my username, but can't remember which account I signed up with and I haven't a clue about my password!

Mine too!  Thanks for the head's up.  Though I was still getting revenue from it.

It might be because Chitika updated their dashboard etc.

Hi Jo,

The updating might very well be the reason. I was getting revenue until a few days ago. I'm so thankful someone else brought this to my attention.

Thanks for informing. I need to check it. Haven't logged for a long time.

OK, so I eventually worked out how to reclaim wizzley and it's now vanished from both claimed and unclaimed lists. Oh well. I'll log off and let the system do its stuff then come back tomorrow or later this week to finish up the paperwork with this.

Starting the long drive back to England in a couple of hours. Normality will strike agaim tomorrow - work at 8am.

Hi Emma, sorry to hear about that. These little setbacks are frustrating.

Hi EmmaRose, I'm not seasoned quite yet, but I'm learning from some very good people who are generous with their advice. :)
