I don't want to sound braggy, but I make well over 5 figures a year. And our family of 5 has health insurance. We don't have dental, but we pay as we go and fortunately have enough money to do so (including braces at 5k a piece! lol) Since my husband and I are both self employed (he is in construction), we pay a lot of money for health insurance.
If it were just me, I couldn't definitely live on what I make online. However, with a mortgage, car payment, 3 kids, etc. it takes two incomes to keep us going, but that is typical.
