Merry Christmas / Happy Hanukkah to all of you! Our big meal this year was last night, the 23rd, to accommodate our son and daughter-in-law and their three month old beautiful boy (our first grandchild!) as they make the rounds of all their family in town. Our other wonderful son and family friends also joined us. We celebrate Christmas, she celebrates Hanukkah, so she brought her menorah and lit it for us last night after the rest of the celebration. Lovely! Karen

Woke up and decided to get the stockings ready. :-) Have some fudge too! And there are still plenty of cookies left. |
I've cooked all day, and now hubby is getting the movies ready. We always watch The Grinch (old cartoon version), The Little Drummer Boy (old claymation version), and an old black and white version of A Christmas Carol. Good times.
