My best wishes to you, ladies, and of course all Wizzleyians as well. "Wizzleyians"....sounds very sophisticated! Love it. Mandee - many authors (Wizzleyians. Natch.) use wizzes or wizzles as nicknames for their articles. Achim "Chef Keem" Thiemermann is the co-founder of a pretty cool new platform called...um...er...oh, yeah - Wizzley.com.

Happy New Year to all of you. I am in recovery mode here in Cleveland, after holiday selling, assessing what to do going forward. One of the things that I am going to do this winter, probably by end of January is put my Lake Erie Artists Gallery website on Shareasale as a vendor. Today I am at home, just planning my January, and adding items to that website. Mandee, since it is only January 3rd, I doubt that anyone would call you late. I am spending this week, because I do not have any classes to teach, figuring out where I want to spend my time and money for the first half of this year. One of my biggest goals is to vastly grow my Lake Erie Artists Gallery site. To do that, I will need to spend money on ways to advertise, but don't want to use traditional advertising methods. I think Shareasale, and the network of authors that I know is a good compromise as to money, and effectiveness. I have reduced all of my other paid advertising, and gotten rid of all of my print advertising except for two places. They do not work, and the pay off for my shop is minimal at best. Wizzley will continue to be part of my plan, as well as websites, and Squidoo. Hmm. . .maybe I should write a Wizzley article about this? LOL, maybe not but it feels late. I have a pretty big fish on the fire with a new website collaboration that is challenging my knowledge and research abilities. It's taking up time now but will take up a lot more time once I have the website. I sure could use a clone! Lovin' Wizzley!
