My traffic isn't particularly impressive (it's okay, just not great) but today I have a huge spike and I finally figured out one of my pages which has been limping along traffic-wise is getting most of its visits today from StumbleUpon. Very cool! And it was someone else who "StumbledUpon" it.
Usually it gets maybe 2 - 5 visits a day, and right now it's up around 125. Nice!

Very good, Karen!
SU can be a great traffic generator. You should have an account there and enter your articles, every once in a while.
But be careful - if you enter only your works, and never look at and rate (thumbs up or down) other people's sites, you may get kicked out for a year. Happened to me in my first Squidoo year.
Achim "Chef Keem" Thiemermann is the co-founder of a pretty cool new platform called...um...er...oh, yeah - Wizzley.com.

I had tried occasionally adding a Squidoo lens to StumbleUpon, without any success (I know I didn't take too much time to rate other sites -- I did some though), so I gave up on it. It is another good tool though, if I use it intelligently :-)
It'll be interesting to see how long this current burst of traffic lasts (this morning it's back down again, for now).

Thanks -- it looks like the effect lasted just one day, but still it was fun while it lasted
