I am unable to update my profile

Hello, I went to my settings to update my profile. I joined VigLink and added the email, tried to edit my profile text which it told me was too long, and couldn't, and also tried uploading a new picture. In every case I was unable to update or save. Perhaps it is locked or not available because I have not been active recently. Can someone help? Thank you. Claudia Laughing

It's certainly not a problem if you haven't been active here for a while. Perhaps clearing your cache and restarting your browser might help.

If issues persists please let me know and I'll be happy to take investigate further.

Decided to come back and share that my problem was I had too many words/characters in my profile and had to delete enough of them so that I could edit. I was trying to do it a little at at time but it would not let me so copied and edited on notepad then pasted it. Then I was able to save everything that I changed on the page, just in case that is helpful to anyone else :-)

Hi!  I am unable to update my profile. I know that I have not been active here for a while. But one of the links on my profile is wrong and I would like to change it. The system keeps prompting me to change my password. I don't want to change my password. Frown  I want to correct the erroneous link.  What's up with that??
