I really do not want to leave Wizzley, but...

I need a problem fixed, or will have to leave Wizzley.  After the forum I went to message contact to admin.  The problem is serious and needs to be fixed promptly.  I enjoy interacting with some of the others here, so do not want to go, but there may be no choice.

I have been posting in the forum for quite some time about Amazon clicks not getting to my Wizzley account.  I called Amazon, and the account is fine.  But, wizzley is sending no traffic, even though I see over 80 module clicks a week.  Amazon checked both my author account and one article, and the links are not working.  One administrator, Night Owl, commented the account looked fine as setup via the forum,, and Chef responded quickly and very nicely, but does not look at the computer issues.  I tried messengers to Simon, but no response.  After over a day of nothing, I tried again last night in case the message was too far down.  Without Amazon I will have to find another site.  Can anyone recommend a site for 230 articles? 

If the problem is not at Amazon, and my account looks fine, the only place left is wizzley.  It is a new Amazon account, but I believe the problem may have existed before with my last account.  One suggestion from the forum was to delete Viglink, so I did.  Still no traffic.

It is now 144 module clicks that were lost.  I cannot tell how many sales that means, but the clicks are coming in fast.  Please fix it soon.

After doing some research, we found a bug. Amazon has changed some technical things on their end and we needed to adapt ours accordingly. It should be working properly again now. Please let us know here if it doesn't.

Thanks.  It will be a few days before I can tell.  The reports are always a day late, and in the past weekends sometimes get even later.

I have had the same problems! Lots of clicks but not showing up in my Amazon account!

I am not sure if I am looking at it right but in Wizzley I see clicks in modules but I do not see them in my Amazon reports. I used to get some sales before, but nowadays I am not seeing anything at all. Just wondering if I am doing something wrong. I removed the Viglink mail id from the settings after seeing this thread, but still I am not seeing any clicks. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
